How To Clean Crystal Chandelier

Don't you hate it when you sit down to relax and all of a sudden you look towards dust and cobwebs hanging from your chandeliers? I used to get freaked out a bit, but not now, because I have used my simple tricks to clean a chandelier and I am going to show you how:

- First of all, you need to turn off the electricity to the chandelier and use another connected light.

- Don't use tables or chairs to reach a chandelier, use only a ladder that to one which is high enough to reach at least midway.

- Now spread a thick, washable cloth on the floor underneath the chandelier so dust won't get on your floor.

- Grab a thick soft paint brush and wipe the dust away in minutes. Ease your brush around the curves and get right into the crevices. With this delicate brush, you don't have to worry about damaging crystals or beads.

Your light fixture will be shining in minutes. That's it, easy peasy! Now that you've learned a portion of the most effortless tricks, you can apply the same technique periodically.

As crystal chandeliers are delicate and fragile structures, it isn't possible to take them down and do the cleaning every day. You can dust the light fixtures weekly with the help of a traditional feather duster. Now if you want to keep your lightings sparkling and shimmering like a diamond, then for every 6 months you've got to carefully wipe every part of the surface.

To increase the precious life of your light fixture and give a sparkling look, you must put down once in a year for a complete wash. You can open each part carefully and put them on a dry cloth. Wash the bulbs and crystal separately with a mixture of warm water and detergent (Don't use any chemical as it can damage the texture and metal finish of your chandelier). Let them dry completely. Make sure they are completely dry before switching on the lighting.

You should be very careful while you are cleaning the wall lights or light fixtures. You may keep for the entire night to dry and fix it on the next day. Yet at the same time, if you still find it difficult to clean your chandelier, you can always hire chandelier cleaning experts. They can provide you environmentally safe process to give your chandeliers a new shine rather than using chemicals and beautifies your light fixtures that results in a cleaner brighter piece-
